1. REGISTRATION PERIOD

From Monday 8 April 2024 until Monday, 17 February 2025 at 23.59 or until all the 12,000 available bibs have been taken. This number might be modified to be in accordance with the recommendations of the relevant health and sport authorities, both in the case it might be increased or if the health situation at the time of the event forces to decrease it.

2. REGISTRATION PERIODS AND PRICES:

SPECIAL PROMOTION FOR CITIZENS REGISTERED IN MUNICIPALITIES OF SEVILLE PROVINCE (*):

(*) Registration up to December 5^th 2023 or until available bibs have been taken:

• Ordinary: 20.48 Euros.
• Disabled persons (33%): 10.24 Euros.

Registration from December 6^th 2023 to January 31^st 2025 or until available bibs have been taken:

• Ordinary: 40.99 Euros.
• Disabled persons (33%): 20.49 Euros.

Registration outside above periods (if there are bibs available):

• Ordinary: 61,50 €.
• Disabled persons (33%): 61,50 Euros.

 REGISTRATION FOR THOSE NOT REGISTERED IN SEVILLE CITY

From number 1 (opening of registrations to number 12000 (the end of the registrations):

• Ordinary: 70.82 Euros.
• Disabled persons (33%): 35.41 Euros.

5 Euros of the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation (Real Federación Española de Atletismo) one day license will be added to these costs, except for those participants who own the license from the Andalusian or Spanish Federation or the card Corredor Plus.

Special promotion for Andalusian clubs (valid from April 8th to May 25th 2025) which will have a 20% discount over the general registration price listed at that moment (for residents outside of the Seville province)

3. CONDITIONS

3.1.- The following terms and conditions apply for the special promotion for Andalusian clubs:

• The clubs must be registered in the Andalusian Registry of Sports Entities.
• The clubs must have at least 15 registered athletes from the club.

3.2.- To prove registration in a Seville province municipality, send a certificate of municipal registration (certificado de empadronamiento) to the Zurich Seville Marathon registration office, by email at: inscripciones@deporticket.com. The certificate of municipal registration will be the ONLY VALID DOCUMENT.

3.3.- Similarly, disability status must be proven by sending a copy of the card certifying the degree of disability, by email, to the same address.

3.4.- No registrations will be accepted after Tuesday 18 February 2025 at 00.01 or until all the 12,000 available bibs have been taken.

4. HOW TO REGISTER

Through the internet at www.en.zurichmaratonsevilla.es, registration section.

5. REMARKS

• Registration is individual and non-transferable, and implies full acceptance of the Technical Regulations for the race, including the Statement of Compliance which is included in said regulations as Appendix 1.
• Under no circumstances may registration be transferred to another person once it has been accepted, even if the registered person is unable to take part in the race or for any other reasons.
• The 40th Zurich Seville Marathon 2025 will be restricted to 12,000 runners. This number might be modified to be in accordance with the recommendations of the relevant health and sport authorities, both in the case it might be increased or if the health situation at the time of the event forces to decrease it.

6. CANCELLATION GUARANTEE

Once the registration is accepted, the amount paid shall not be refunded under no circumstances. Runners may add a cancellation guarantee at the time of registration. They must select one of the three options available:

• 1) I do not want any guarantee
• 2) Standard cancellation guarantee Cost: 10% of the registration price. €7.08 (residents too). 80% refund until 31 January 2025.
• 3) Premium cancellation guarantee Cost: 20% of the registration price. €14.16 (residents too). 100% refund until 31 January 2025.

General conditions for Cancelation Guarantee:

• Runners shall only be able to contract the cancellation guarantee at the time of registration.
• The cancellation guarantee amount is not refundable.
• Changes in ownership shall not be accepted.
• It is compulsory to contract it at the time of registration.
